Exchange 2016 global address not updating

The Outlook Client failed to download an updated copy of the Offline Address Book because the services have stopped functioning.

If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware.If you are on Outlook 2010, any reason you are still using public folder distribution?If you enter that URL in a browser, you should be prompted for your Exchange credentials.If so, it is probably that the incremental update files haven't updated correctly.We have another server in the wings waiting to be deployed, but we need to address the problem in the meantime.If that's not it, check that LDAP Replication is fine.
